Make your own lasagna, ravioli or tortellini with this pasta roller attachment for the Ankarsrum mixer. The roller accepts a dough strip 5-1/2" wide, and rolls a 5-1/2" wide noodle in successive passes.
Output thickness is adjustable with six settings of the end-mounted knob, from 1.6 mm down through 0.15 mm thick (paper-thin).
To achieve the desired thickness, start with a pass at the widest gap setting, then turn the knob to thinner settings for successive passes. It's the same approach used with a rolling pin—but faster, easier, and with perfect thickness control.
The rollers are anodized aluminum and the outer shell is chrome-plated steel.
