Toque Blanche offers routine knife sharpening for most kitchen knives. Simply drop off your knives and we’ll call you when they’re ready. Time between drop-off and pick-up varies from an hour to a day or two, depending on our work load and scheduling.
Routine knife sharpening does not include knife repair. And for our Shun customers we recommend sending these knives back to the Shun factory in Oregon for free sharpening—we can assist with that if you want.
Our prices are just $2.50 for small knives (under 6”) and $3.00 for larger knives.
We recommend that you get your knives sharpened every 6 to 12 months, depending upon usage. While we’re sharpening your knives, we’ll be glad to share with you best practices for the safe usage and day-to-day maintenance of your knives.
Our stores also stock knife sharpening tools for your kitchen should you want learn to sharpen your own cutlery. Our knowledgeable staff can show you how.
