No more frustration when your cake sticks to the bottom of the pan!  Simply drop a parchment round in the bottom of the pan before filling with batter -- then when the cake is done, unmold from the pan and peel off the parchment for a perfectly smooth top.  They're also great for lining a pie shell before blind-baking!
