Hands-on knife skills class, conducted by toque Blanche owner Charles Nelson at the Santa Cruz store. The focus of the class is on how to select the right knife for you and how to use and care for your knives effectively and safely. Participants are asked to bring with them a chef's knife or a different favorite knife from home to use in the class.
