Many items are available for ordering online with a credit card or through PayPal. In case the merchandise you want is not available online, please email us or call us with your orders at 800-936-1055. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover credit cards.
We ship orders anywhere in the U.S. via UPS and anywhere in Canada via USPS. You will see the shipping charges for your online order prior to placing your order.
To avoid damage in transit, we use great care in packing your order. As a result, shipping rates may be based on the size of the box (dimensional weight) rather than the actual weight of the item purchased.
Your order is shipped insured for the full value of the merchandise. (In case of damage, please see below.)
California sales tax (9.5%) is added to orders shipping to addresses within California. No sales tax is added to orders shipping out of state.
We make every attempt to ship within 1 or 2 business days following receipt of your order. If we are unable to ship promptly, we will email you an estimated shipment date. (If the estimated shipment date is unsatisfactory, you may cancel your order.) We don't charge your card until we ship.
Gift wrapping is available for $4.00 for most items. You may include a message for the recipient (limited to 10 words).
Returns for a full refund (excluding shipping costs) are available within 30 days of the date the item was shipped to you. The item must be returned to us in its original condition. Please call or email us prior to returning an item.
