Online Ordering:
Many items are available for ordering online with a credit card or through PayPal. In case the merchandise you want is not available online, please email us or call us with your orders at 800-936-1055. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover credit cards.

In-Store Pick Up:
Order online and pick up your items our location in downtown Santa Cruz  Simply select “In-Store Pick-up” at the Shopping Cart stage of your order and select a convenient time.

We ship orders anywhere in the U.S. via USPS and FedEx and anywhere in Canada and the rest of the world via USPS. For international orders, the recipient is responsible for any duties and Customs fees. You will see the shipping charges for your online order prior to placing your order. 

To avoid damage in transit, we use great care in packing your order. As a result, shipping rates may be based on the size of the box (dimensional weight) rather than the actual weight of the item purchased. Your order is shipped insured for the full value of the merchandise. (In case of damage, please see below.)

Sales Tax:
California sales tax of 9.25% is added to orders shipping to addresses within Santa Cruz County, California and California sales tax of 7.5% elsewhere in California. No sales tax is added to orders shipping out of state.

We make every attempt to ship within 1 or 2 business days following receipt of your order. If we are unable to ship promptly, we will email you an estimated shipment date. (If the estimated shipment date is unsatisfactory, you may cancel your order.) We don't charge your card until we ship.

Gift wrapping is available for $5.00 for most items. You may include a message for the recipient (limited to 10 words).

Return Policy:
Returns for a full refund (excluding shipping costs) are available within 30 days of the date the item was shipped to you. The item must be returned to us in its original condition. Please call or email us prior to returning an item.

Freight Damage:

  • Please inspect your package for shipping damage prior to opening it.
  • If you see evidence of damage, please ask the courier (if possible) to note it on the shipment paperwork. Please request a copy of the paperwork with the notes.
  • Please take photos of the damaged exterior.
  • Inspect the contents. If the merchandise is damaged, please call (800-936-1055) or email us as soon as possible.
