Half Moon Bay Store Now Closed

Dear Toque Blanche Customer:

We are announcing the closing of our store in Half Moon Bay. After 11 years we find that the factors of declining sales and high overhead are not a good combination for continuing our business there.

We will continue to operate our website, www.MyToque.com as well as the sister store, Toque Blanche in Santa Cruz.

I am grateful for having had this opportunity to serve our customers and our community. And I am also want to thank our store manager, Stuart Cristol-Deman, who has been the public face of Toque Blanche since 2006 and our staff, including David Addington, who has been a pleasure to work with.

We look forward to seeing you at our big close-out sale (starting Saturday, August 19th and running through September) where all inventory will be on sale from 20 to 50% off. You may also want to consider purchasing our vintage French country furniture and accessories that have been used to decorate the store.

Following that we look forward to connecting with you online and in our Santa Cruz store.

 Sincerely,

 Charles Nelson

So sorry to hear that you are closing. I bought many things there that I love. So sad that the high rents are pushing the locally owned shops out. Hope to see you in Santa Cruz sometime.?
