Stuart's Cornmeal Waffles

1C flour
1C stoneground fine cornmeal
1 1/2t baking powder
1/2 baking soda
1t salt

2 eggs
1T melted butter
2C buttermilk

Mix dry ingredients together in a large bowl. Mix melted butter into eggs, and then stir into buttermilk.

Combine wet and dry ingredients, being careful not to over mix. Cook according to waffle makers instructions.
