Online Ordering:

Select items are available for ordering online with a credit card. In case the merchandise you want is not yet available online, please email us or call us with your orders at 800-936-1055. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover credit cards.

UPS

Shipping:

We ship orders anywhere in the U.S. and Canada via UPS. You will see the shipping charges for your online order prior to placing your order.
To avoid damage in transit, we use great care in packing your order. As a result, freight rates may be based on the size of the box (dimensional weight) rather than the actual weight of the item purchased.
Your order is shipped insured for the full value of the merchandise. (In case of freight damage, please see below.)

UPS will not handle oversized items (over 150 pounds in actual or dimensional weight). We will quote you separately for freight upon receipt of your order.

Sales Tax:

California sales tax (8.25%) is added to orders shipping to addresses within California. No sales tax is added to orders shipping out of state.

Delivery:

We make every attempt to ship within 2 business days following receipt of your order. If we are unable to ship promptly, we will email you an estimated shipment date. (If the estimated shipment date is unsatisfactory, you may cancel your order.)

Gift-wrapping:

Gift wrapping is available for $2.00 for most items. You may include a message for the recipient. (We are able to gift wrap boxes up to 12" x 12" x 12" only.)

Returns:

Returns for a full refund (excluding freight costs) are available within 30 days of the date the item was shipped to you. The item must be returned to us in its original condition.

Freight Damage:

  • Please inspect your package for freight damage prior to opening it.
  • If you see evidence of damage, please ask the courier (if possible) to note it on the shipment paperwork. Please request a copy of the paperwork with the notes.
  • Please take photos of the damaged exterior.
  • Inspect the contents. If the merchandise is damaged, please call (800-936-1055) or email us as soon as possible.
